    RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

    Returns We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.

    • You have 7 days from delivery to request a return • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging • Proof of purchase (order number) is required • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    We do NOT accept returns for: • Incorrect color or model selected • Buyer’s remorse • Normal wear and tear • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling • Items marked as Final Sale • Delayed delivery once the order is in transit

    Refunds • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    Important Notes DarkSight glasses are designed for hands-free lighting during work, outdoor use, and exploration. Minor cosmetic variations or packaging differences do not qualify as defects.
